VISION STATEMENT

It is the intention of the Company to build on existing endeavours to create a small, highly motivated team of skilled professionals that freely give their time and effort into the well-functioning of the Company.

PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

The company employs staff and engages the services of consultants to conduct its administrative and technical activities. A number of its consultants are Peru-based.

Remuneration policy: The Company has a policy of paying market rates as determined by independent personnel consultants, with annual reviews.

Training/mentoring programs: The Company adheres to Australian OSH Standards and Training Guidelines. The emphasis is on safety, health and technical skills training aligned to Company growth.

USE OF CONSULTANTS

The Company has a policy of using Consultants to cover the broad spectrum of skill-sets required to efficiently develop resource projects in Peru and Australia. The Company intends growing its in-house capacity as the Company advances through its technical KPI’s. Company personnel (employees and retained consultants) currently comprises: three directors, one staff geologist and three Australian and Peru-based administration officers. To attain the Company’s medium and long term objectives and achieve technical and administrative KPI’s, additional personnel may from time to time be required.
